DANIEL BELL October 2024

In October our guest was Daniel Bell, a local creator who specialises in horror comics, a timely meet-up just before Halloween. Daniel has worked on shorter self-published works such as the folk horror-themed The Ferryman, and illustrated a graphic novel adaptation of Arthur Machen's The Great God Pan. He has also collaborated with other creators such as Anna Redman and Andy Winter on titles published by Rapid Fire and Time Bomb Comics, and has just published a new release about stone circles The Fingers of Famhairston. Daniel talked with resident host Alex Fitch about his various creepy tales, his experience of working in small press anthologies, and running successful Kickstarter campaigns to fund his work.
